One Health Medical Centres provides online consultancy services, we strive to deliver high-quality healthcare remotely through various platforms. Here’s an overview of how we conduct online consultations:

Appointment Booking

Patients can book an online consultation appointment through our hospital’s website or by contacting our appointment helpline.

Our staff will collect necessary information such as the patient’s name, contact details, and reason for consultation.

They will be provided with the necessary information, including the meeting ID, password, and scheduled time for the Zoom consultation.

Initial Assessment:

A healthcare professional from our hospital will initiate the conversation on WhatsApp, introducing themselves as a representative of the hospital.

The healthcare professional will ask the patient to provide a summary of their medical history, current symptoms, and any relevant details.

Sharing Medical Records:

Patients may be asked to share any relevant medical records, such as lab reports, diagnostic images, or previous consultation notes, via secure file-sharing platforms or encrypted messaging services.

Consultation:

Based on the provided information, the healthcare professional will discuss the patient’s concerns, ask additional questions if needed, and provide initial advice or recommendations.

If necessary, the healthcare professional may consult with a specialist or physician from our hospital for further evaluation and guidance.

Treatment Plan and Follow-up:

The healthcare professional will provide a preliminary treatment plan, including medications, lifestyle modifications, or further investigations.

They will explain the rationale behind the proposed plan, address any concerns or questions, and provide estimated timelines for improvement.

If required, a follow-up appointment will be scheduled to monitor the patient’s progress and make any necessary adjustments to the treatment plan.
